HGG HOTEL & RESORTS LLP

Our business, HGG Hotel & Resorts LLP, is located on the second floor of Shanti City Centre. We are in Shop No. 32 on Bhagirathi Devi Marg, which is along Khandari Road in Agra. Being in Agra, we are always surrounded by the hustle of a city that sees a lot of visitors. Shanti City Centre is a busy little spot with all kinds of shops, so there’s always people coming and going. Our office is quite simple. We have a few chairs for visitors and some desks where we keep our files. Running a hotel and resort business involves a lot of back-and-forth communication. We spend most of our time coordinating with different staff members and making sure the bookings aren't getting mixed up. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of paperwork and sometimes we have to deal with grumpy people, but we just try to be fair and honest with everyone. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just write down what needs to be done and we do it. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to keep the business running smoothly without any unnecessary drama. It’s a plain and simple operation.
