Green House Agritech

You can find us at 131 in the New Market area of Jeoni Mandi. Green House Agritech is basically a small shop where we keep things that help people grow their crops better. It’s right in the middle of the market, so it gets very loud and busy especially on market days. There are always people shouting and carts moving around outside our door. We sell things like specialized tools and some of the newer types of equipment that farmers are starting to use these days. It’s not just old-fashioned stuff; we try to keep up with what's changing in farming. The shop is pretty small, so things are stacked up quite high on the shelves. Sometimes it’s hard to find exactly what someone is asking for right away, but we eventually dig it out from the back. We don’t have a website or anything like that; we just talk to the people who walk in. A lot of the farmers come in and tell us about their problems with their soil or their pests, and we try to see what we have that might help them out. It’s a lot of talking and listening. The market can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it, but we’ve been here so long it just feels like home. We just do our work and go home when the market starts to quiet down in the evening. It is a busy life but it is what we know.
