The building has been around for a bit, and we’ve made ourselves at home here. It’s not a shiny new tech hub, just a solid place where we can get our work done without too many distractions. Agra can get really hot, so the air conditioning is our best friend during the summer months. Our team is a mix of people who’ve been in tech for years and some newer faces. We don't have a lot of formal meetings or corporate policies that take up time. We just talk across the desks when something needs fixing. The colony is usually pretty quiet, which helps when you need to focus on coding or data tasks. We’ve got a little area for making coffee and tea, and that’s about as fancy as it gets.
