G D Goenka Public School is situated on Bodla Bichpuri Road. That’s in the Bich Puri area of Agra, 283105. It’s a bit away from the main city buzz, which gives us a little more breathing room. The road can get a bit dusty, especially during the summer months when the wind picks up. We have a decent-sized building where all the classes happen. It’s a public school, so we deal with a lot of different students from across Agra. The school day starts pretty early. We have the buses that bring the kids in from various neighborhoods. The classrooms are filled with the usual desks and chairs. We don't have any high-flown mission statements. We just try to get the syllabus finished and help the kids pass their tests. The staff is made up of regular people who live nearby. We have the same problems every school has, like keeping the grounds tidy and managing the schedule. It’s a very grounded place. We don’t do any big advertising. We just stay here on Bodla Bichpuri Road and do our jobs. People in Bich Puri know where we are if they need us. It’s just a normal school where children come to learn their subjects and spend their day. We try to keep things simple and functional for everyone involved.
