Evergreen Hair Salon

Evergreen Hair Salon is tucked away in Shop No 4 at Aishwarya Market. Being on 100 Feet Road in Dayal Bagh means there is always traffic and people moving around outside our door. We are quite close to the Dayalwasi Girls Hostel, so the street stays pretty lively even late in the day. The shop is small, but we made sure to put in some decent lighting. We have been here a while now, serving the locals and students who live nearby. It’s a straightforward setup with the usual chairs and a bench for those waiting. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded on Sundays, and people have to stand outside for a bit. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us working the chairs. We handle basic haircuts, trimming, and shaves for whoever walks in. The air conditioner works most of the time, which helps during the Agra summers. We keep the floor swept, though hair accumulates fast when it’s a busy afternoon. You won’t find anything too flashy here. It is just a place to get your hair sorted without any fuss. Usually, we chat about the cricket scores or whatever is happening in the market. It’s a regular routine for us, starting in the morning and closing up when the street lights come on. We like being part of this little corner of Dayal Bagh. It is a good place to work and meet people from the neighborhood every day.
