We've been here in Sultanpura for quite a while now. The building is tucked away, so it stays a bit quieter than the main roads nearby. Dayanand Bal Mandir isn't one of those big, flashy schools you see in the city center. It’s more of a neighborhood spot where everyone knows each other. Usually, my day starts by opening up the main gates before the sun gets too hot. Most of the kids live just a few streets away, so they walk or cycle in. There’s always someone forgetting a notebook or a pen. We just make do with what we have and keep things moving. Sometimes the courtyard gets dusty when the wind picks up, but that’s just Sultanpura for you. The rooms aren't huge, but they fit the benches well enough. I think people like that it feels like home here. It's not fancy, just a place for the kids to sit and learn their lessons. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place tidy and making sure the fans work when it’s humid. It’s a lot of work, honestly. But seeing the kids grow up from little ones to teenagers makes the effort worth it. You get used to the routine of bells ringing and the sound of chalk on the boards. We don't change things much unless we really have to. It's just Dayanand Bal Mandir, simple and steady in the middle of our little corner here.
