China Hair Saloon

We've been here at 2, Friends Puram for a while now. Most people know us because we're right near Gautam Rishi Inter College on the Pashimpuri-Bodla Road. It’s a busy spot in Shastripuram. Every morning we open up the shutters and get things ready for the day. It's just a regular hair saloon where men from around Agra come to get a quick trim or a shave before work. Sometimes the shop gets full on Sundays when everyone has a holiday. We have the usual chairs and mirrors you'd expect. The neighborhood is mostly families and students passing by. We don't do anything fancy, just standard haircuts. If you live around Shastripuram or are just heading down the main road, you've probably seen our sign. We keep things simple here. My tools are kept clean and I try to work fast if someone is in a rush for a wedding or a party. It's a small place but it serves the local crowd well. Sometimes we sit outside when it's quiet. People stop to chat even if they don't need a haircut that day. It's just how things go around here. We know most of the faces that walk through the door. It feels good to be part of the community in this part of town. Just a basic shop doing basic work for the neighbors. We’ve seen kids grow up coming here over the years.
