Burj Shivrani Hotels and Resorts Private Limited is situated at 47, General Carriappa Road in Agra. Agra is obviously famous for a lot of things, but we are just a regular business working here. Our location is in the 282001 area. It’s a historic part of town, which makes it an interesting place to come to work every morning. We handle hotels and resorts, but we do it with a local touch. We aren't a massive chain with thousands of locations and a board of directors. We are just here in Uttar Pradesh. Our office is a place where we sit down and figure out the schedules and the maintenance for the properties. It gets really busy, especially during the tourist seasons, but we manage to get through it. We don't have a slick marketing team writing our website or our brochures. This is just us telling it like it is. We deal with the day-to-day issues that come up in the hotel world. Sometimes it’s a leaky pipe that needs fixing and sometimes it’s a booking error we have to sort out. We just fix the problem and move on to the next thing. The staff here is small and we all know each other. We don’t go for those fancy corporate slogans. We just want to keep the business going and take care of what we have. It’s a lot of work, and it’s not always glamorous.
