Varun Exports

Our place, Varun Exports, is located right near the Shivji Mandir on Balkeshwar Road. It's an easy landmark to find if you're in the area. We’ve been operating from here for a good amount of time. The road gets quite crowded during festivals because of the temple, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. It feels like a real community. Inside, it’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day tasks of an export business. There's nothing special about the office, just a practical space where we can get the job done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the weather is nice. Being near the mandir means we hear the bells and the prayers, which is a nice backdrop to a workday. We aren't trying to be some giant company. We just focus on what we have to do right here on Balkeshwar Road. It's a simple setup. A couple of us take care of the shipping details and make sure things are where they need to be. It can be a lot of work sometimes, especially when there are delays with transport, but we just keep at it. No fancy desks or expensive coffee machines here. Just a desk, a computer, and some tea. Sometimes the delivery drivers get lost despite the temple being right there, so we have to wave them down. It’s part of the day.
