Ayur Beauty Parlour

Ayur Beauty Parlour is tucked away in Balu Ganj, right down the gali where Lavaniya Hotel stands. Being at 4/29 means we see a lot of the local traffic every day. It is not one of those big, shiny places you see in malls. It is just a regular shop where we do things like threading and hair trimming for the ladies in the neighborhood. The space is small, but it works for what we need. Most of our people come from nearby houses and they know where to find us. We have been in Agra for some time now. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, and we have to get it fixed, but that is how it goes. We keep the mirrors clean and the chairs ready. It can get a bit loud outside when the market is busy. We open up early and stay until the sun goes down. People often stop by just to say hello or to book a time for later. There is no big sign outside, but everyone knows the lane. It is a practical place. We don't use any of those big words to describe what we do. If a lady needs her eyebrows done or a quick hair wash, she comes here. We just try to get the work done right so people can go about their day. It is a simple life running a parlour in this part of town. We are just down the gali.
