Aadinath Fabricators (India)

Our workshop is located at 11-C/868, Narich, which is just off Hathras Road. It’s a busy stretch of road and we have been at this spot for a good while. Aadinath Fabricators (India) is what we call ourselves, but most people just know us as the guys who do the welding and steel work in Narich. The shop is filled with all sorts of metal beams and sheets leaning against the walls. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes when we have a lot of projects going on at once. We do a lot of heavy fabrication, so there is always the sound of grinders running and the bright flashes from the welding torches. We don't wear suits or sit in fancy offices. We are usually covered in some kind of grit or grease by lunch time. The roof is corrugated metal, so it gets really loud when it rains, and we usually have to shout to hear each other. We take on all kinds of jobs, from simple frames to more complicated structures that take a few weeks to put together. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just want to make sure the pieces fit together like they are supposed to. It is hard work, and your back usually aches by the end of the day, but it’s what we do.
