M Sathish Bricks

M Sathish Bricks is located in Chenoor, right near the main road in Dhemaram Mandal. It’s a busy spot most days. We spend a lot of time outside in the sun, making sure the bricks are drying properly. It’s not an easy job, and your hands get rough after a few weeks of handling the raw materials, but it’s what we do. The trucks pull in from the main road and we load them up by hand usually. We don't really have a big fancy office with air conditioning. We just have the kiln and the open space where we keep the finished stock. Sometimes the weather in Chenoor doesn't cooperate, especially when it rains hard, and everything has to stop for a bit. But when the sun is out, we’re out there too. People from around the mandal know where to find us. We don’t do much advertising because the stacks of bricks are easy enough to see from the road. It’s a lot of physical labor, and at the end of the day, we’re all pretty tired. We just want to get the work done and get home to our families. It’s an honest way to make a living. We’ve been at this location for some time now and we know most of the drivers who come through. It’s just how things are around here. We just keep our heads down and keep working.
