Ade Kalabai Transport

Ade Kalabai Transport is run from our home at H. No. 17-72 in Kommuguda. This is a small village in the Utnoor area. We started with just one vehicle because we saw people needed help moving their stuff from the farms to the market. Now we have a bit more going on but it is still just a small family operation. We spend a lot of time on the road. The district roads can be quite rough depending on the time of year, especially when the rains start. We know every pothole between here and the main town. Most of the time it is just hauling grains or building materials for people nearby. We don't have an office with a receptionist or fancy computers. We just take calls on our mobile phones and write things down in a notebook. If you come to house number 17-72, you'll probably see one of the trucks parked out front or someone working on an engine. It’s a greasy job and our clothes are always stained with oil, but that’s just how it is. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of drivers. It's just us and a few local guys we trust. We've been in Utnoor for a long time and we plan to stay here. We just want to keep the trucks moving and make sure things get where they need to go. It is a simple life for us here in the village.
