Chetak Stones Pvt. Ltd. is based at E-281-282 in the Riico Growth Center. It’s a large industrial area and there’s always something going on. We have plenty of room here for all the stones we handle. It’s not like a shop in the middle of town. It’s more of a warehouse and processing site. We deal with big blocks and slabs of stone. The machinery is loud and it runs for most of the day. We have to wear boots and keep our heads down. It’s a lot of logistics. We spend time coordinating with drivers and checking the manifests. The RIICO center is a bit out of the way so it’s mostly just us and other industrial businesses. We don’t see many random walk-ins. People usually come here specifically for a big order. We show them around the yard if they want to see the material. It’s very practical work. We don't worry about how the office looks. It’s mostly just files and a place to sit. We’re more concerned with the quality of the stone in the back. Sometimes the shipments are delayed and that messes up our schedule. We just deal with it as it comes. It’s a steady kind of life and we like the routine of the industrial area. We just keep the business running one day at a time.
