Sri Nirmalananda Flour Mill

Sri Nirmalananda Flour Mill is sitting at 8-24/2/2 in Sri Sai Nagar, Balapaur. If you walk down the street, you can usually hear the hum of the machines before you even see the sign. The whole place has a fine coating of white dust on everything, which is just part of life when you grind grain for a living. We have the big grinders that shake the floor a little bit when they are running at full speed. Neighbors come in with their bags of wheat or chillies, and we spend the day pouring things into the hoppers and watching the bags fill up. We have been doing this for a while, and most of the faces that come through the door are people we see every week. It is a basic service but everyone needs their flour fresh. We just keep the stones turning and make sure the bags are weighed right. It is a simple life and we like being part of the local routine here.
