Working at a foundry like Tas Foundries Pvt. Ltd. means you’re used to the heat and the hard work. We are located at Plot No. 1714 and 1715 in Phase-3 of the Vatva GIDC. It’s a double plot because we need the space for the furnaces and the molds. It’s not a clean job, and most of us go home with soot on our faces every day. We’ve been operating this way for quite some time now. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write nice things about us on the internet. We just focus on the casting process and making sure the metal pours right. If you come by the gate, you’ll hear the loud banging and the roar of the machines. It’s a busy place, and we don't have much time for small talk or corporate stuff. We just handle the orders as they come in and try to stay on schedule. Sometimes things go wrong with a batch, and we have to start over, but that’s just the nature of foundry work. We’ve got a good group of guys here who know what they’re doing. We don’t use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just make castings. It’s practical, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Most of our customers have been coming to this specific plot in Vatva for years because they know exactly what to expect from us.
