We have been operating out of Plot No. 4227 and the neighboring spots 4228, 4229, and 4230 in Phase 4 of the GIDC area in Vatva for a good while now. It is a busy corner of the industrial estate. Most days, we are just focusing on getting the batches right. You will see trucks coming in and out all morning with raw materials, and the staff is usually tucked away in the back handling the machines. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. It is a workplace. We have a lot of space across these four plots, so there is always something moving around. Sometimes the machinery gets a bit loud, but that is just how it is when you are making medicine. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure the bottles are sealed up properly before they go onto the pallets. People here mostly keep to their tasks. We know the neighbors around Vatva pretty well since we've been here so long. There is a tea stall not far away where some of the guys go during breaks. It is mostly just hard work and keeping the floors clean, which is important in our line of business. Sunij Pharma has grown bit by bit, adding one plot then another until we had this whole section. We just try to get the orders out on time and keep the equipment running like it should.
