Bharat Bijlee Ltd. is located on the 6th floor of Electric Mansion on Appasaheb Marathe Marg. It is an old name for an old building, and we’ve been here for quite some time. Being on the 6th floor means we have to rely on the lift, which can be a bit slow during the lunch rush. The office itself is full of files, desks, and people who have been with the company for decades. There is a lot of history in these walls. We aren't a new startup with bean bags and open spaces. It is a traditional setup where everyone has their own spot and their own responsibilities. We focus on our daily work and try to stay on top of the paperwork that comes with it. Appasaheb Marathe Marg is usually busy with traffic, but it’s a good location for us. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just use what we have and keep it functional. The atmosphere is professional but quiet. Most of us just want to get through the day's tasks without too much trouble. We drink tea, talk about the weather, and make sure the business is running as it should. It’s a steady pace here, and we don't feel the need to rush or act like we are changing the world. We've seen the city change around us from these windows, but we just keep doing what we've always done.
