Xyz Technologies

Our place is at Plot No. 211/D in Ida Phase- 2, Cherlapally. It is quite a drive out to Rangareddy if you’re coming from the city, but it's where we’ve set up Xyz Technologies. The area is mostly industrial, so there are a lot of warehouses and manufacturing plants around us. Our building is pretty plain. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of cables running along the floor. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with plants. Most of the time, everyone is just hunched over their screens or fixing some piece of hardware. It can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we usually have a couple of noisy fans going to keep the air moving. The internet goes out sometimes when there’s a big storm, which is a real pain, but we just find other things to do until it comes back. We aren't a big tech firm with free snacks or bean bags. It’s a working office where we try to solve problems and get the projects done on time. The parking lot is just some gravel out front where we leave our bikes. Lunch is usually someone bringing in a tiffin or going to the little canteen down the road. It’s a straightforward environment without any of the corporate fluff you see in the movies. We just show up and do the work, trying to make things function better.
