Ratnadeep Metal Industries

You can find Ratnadeep Metal Industries over at Plot No. 714 in Phase-4 of GIDC, Vatva. This part of the estate is a little different from the others, but it’s still full of the same hard work. We deal with metal parts and components mostly. The lathes and milling machines are the heart of the shop. They’ve been with us for a long time and require a bit of tinkering every now and then to keep them precise. We aren't interested in being the biggest shop in Vatva, just in doing what we are told. The floor is often slick with coolant and oil, so you have to watch your step when walking through the aisles. We keep our tools on big wooden boards on the wall so we don't lose them, though someone always manages to misplace a wrench. Most of our business comes from people who have been dealing with us for years. We don't do much advertising because we're usually too busy with the work at hand. The office is just a small cabin with a window that looks out over the shop floor so we can keep an eye on things. It’s loud, it’s greasy, and it’s what we do. When the power cuts out, we just take it as a sign to go get some tea until it comes back on. We don't have any fancy mission; we just make metal parts for people who need them.
