Chhaprouli Nature Cane Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our group is Chhaprouli Nature Cane Farmer Producer Company Limited and we are located at Amrish Mukund Pur’s place. It’s a simple setup out here in Mukund Pur. We don’t have any big signs or fancy lights. Most people just know where Amrish lives, so they find us easily enough. We deal mostly with the cane farmers around here. Cane is a tough crop, it takes a long time and a lot of water. We spend our days talking about the cutting season and how the mills are running. It is practical work, nothing more. We aren't interested in using big words or making ourselves sound more important than we are. We are just farmers. Sometimes we meet early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. Other times, we are out late making sure the transport is ready. It is a bit of a messy business, with the dirt and the stalks everywhere, but we don't mind. We just want to make sure everyone gets a fair shake. There is no mission statement hanging on the wall. We just have our boots and our tools. If you come by, you might find us drinking some water and looking at the sky, hoping for rain or hoping it stays dry, depending on the week. It’s just the usual life of a farmer in Chhaprouli and we wouldn't know what else to do.
