Essence Farming Estates Llp

We are Essence Farming Estates Llp and we stay busy out here in East Patel Nagar. Our spot is at 6/3 on the lower ground floor. It’s a quiet enough place to get work done without all the noise from the main road. Most days start early with coffee and checking the papers. People stop by 110008 when they need to talk about land or how things are growing lately. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. We have some desks, chairs that probably need replacing, and a lot of files. Being in New Delhi means it gets hot, so the basement level actually stays a bit cooler which is nice in the summer. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Some neighbors know us by name. It is just a regular local business life. We handle the paperwork, take the calls, and try to keep things moving. There is always something to fix or a form to fill out. The street outside gets crowded around lunch. If you are looking for us, look for the L.G.F sign. We don't do much advertising because most people just find us or hear about us from someone else in the area. It works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day. We aren't big on meetings that last for hours. Usually, we just talk across the room and get things sorted.
