Aark Spice And Ingredients Privatelimited is based out of a small place in West Patel Nagar. We are in Flat No-6, at 8/26, which is a fairly easy spot to find if you know the area. West Delhi is always buzzing, and our little office is no different. We deal with spices and different ingredients that go into food. It’s a job that keeps us busy because there are always new batches to check and orders to fill. We don't have a showroom or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we handle the business side of things. Sometimes the smell of different spices lingers in the hallway, which isn't a bad thing at all. We are just a few people who know our way around the spice trade. We aren't interested in being some huge company with a lot of layers. We like keeping it simple and direct. If someone calls, they usually talk to the same person every time. That’s just the way we prefer to do things. The flat is a bit cramped when we have a lot of samples in, but we make it work. It’s been our home for the business for a good while now, and we’re quite content with the neighborhood and the work we do here. It’s honest and simple, which is all we ever really wanted for the business.
