Site Engineer

Pruthvi Raju is who runs things here in T. Narasapuram. We are located right in the village area of Putripu in the West Godavari district. It is not some big city operation with fancy glass walls or receptionists. Our office is just a regular place where we keep our tools, maps, and some old chairs. Most days start early before the sun gets too high because the heat in Andhra can be really tough once it hits noon. We spend a lot of time out on the roads or standing around construction sites checking on progress. People in the mandalam know where to find us if there is a problem. The address is K.S.N. Raju's son's place, and we have been here for a good while now. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, so we just do things the old way with paper and pens. It gets dusty, especially during the dry season when the tractors go by frequently. We don’t have any polished speeches about what we do. It is just about making sure the levels are right and the materials arrive on time. Usually, you will see us with muddy boots and a bit of sweat on our shirts. That is just how the work goes here. We take our tea at the local stall near the post office and then head back to the site. It is a quiet life but we stay busy enough.
