Vmart Retail Ltd. is located at F-11 in the Udyog Industrial Area of Peera Garhi. We are right near the Hyundai service center, which is a good landmark because people always get lost in these industrial blocks. It’s a busy, dusty area with trucks constantly moving in and out of the gates. This isn't one of those shiny retail stores you see in the malls. This is the industrial side of things where the real heavy lifting happens. We have a large warehouse space here. It’s mostly concrete and metal racks filled with boxes. The ceiling is high and it gets very cold in the winter and roasting in the summer. We spend our days loading and unloading, checking manifests, and making sure the inventory is where it should be. It’s a lot of physical work and the forklift is always running. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. If you come to the door, you’ll probably find someone in a work shirt with a clipboard. It’s loud and it’s busy, but that’s just the nature of being in Peera Garhi. We don’t do much in the way of promotion from this location; we just handle the logistics and the stock. It’s a tough environment but the team here is used to the pace. We just focus on getting the trucks out on time and keeping the floor organized enough to move around. It's not a pretty job, but it works.
