Our clinic is located in C-2a/236a in Janakpuri. It’s a residential-style area, so it feels a bit more private than a big hospital. We do various types of cosmetic work and laser treatments here. It’s not like what you see on TV; it’s mostly just regular people wanting to change something small or fix a skin issue. The waiting area is simple. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the folders might pile up on the desk. We use lasers for a lot of different things, and the machines take up a good amount of space in the rooms. It’s a professional setup, but we don’t act like we’re in a movie. We just explain how the procedure works and what to expect. Janakpuri is a busy part of town, but once you’re inside the clinic, it’s fairly calm. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we’ve seen all sorts of requests. Some people are nervous when they come in, which is normal. We just talk them through it. We don’t use a lot of fancy medical jargon if we can help it. It’s better when people actually understand what’s happening. It’s just a local clinic doing its best to help people feel a bit more comfortable in their own skin. We take our time with each person who walks in. It’s a small place, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening.
