City Skin Care Clinic

City Skin Care Clinic is located at 32/B in the Ramesh Nagar area of Delhi. It’s one of those single-storey buildings that you see all over this part of the city. We’ve been handling skin issues here for quite a while. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we see a lot of local aunties and teenagers coming in. Some have rashes and others are worried about acne. The clinic isn't very large. There is a small desk where you register and then a couple of rooms where the skin treatments happen. The walls are painted a plain off-white color and we have some old magazines on the table for people to look at while they wait. Delhi summers are tough, so the air conditioner is usually running full blast to keep everyone comfortable. It’s a bit of a squeeze when it’s a Saturday afternoon because that’s our busiest time. We don't use a lot of medical jargon when we talk to patients. We just tell them what they need to do for their skin in plain Hindi or English. Parking can be a bit of a headache on this street since it's narrow, but people usually find a spot. It’s a humble place, honestly. We focus on the work rather than making the office look like a five-star hotel. People seem to appreciate that we are just normal folks working here to help them feel better about their skin.
