We've been here in Najafgarh at Sarika Vihar for a while now. It's just a small clinic near Deenpur Goyla Mor. People around here know the spot. Most days are busy, with folks coming in for their checkups or when they're feeling under the weather. The place isn't fancy, but it does the job for the neighborhood. We see a lot of the same faces from around Delhi 110043. Usually, someone is sitting in the waiting area reading an old paper while they wait their turn. It's a simple setup. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit crowded during the morning rush. The building at number 4 is easy enough to find if you're looking for it. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy, just the name on the door. It’s mostly just us working through the daily list of patients. Some days are long, and the tea gets cold on the desk before we can drink it. We handle the usual stuff you’d expect at a local clinic. It’s part of the daily routine here in this part of town. If you walk past the Mor, you’ll see where we are. We just keep going, day in and day out, helping whoever walks through the door with whatever they need that day. It's just a regular part of the community here. We aren't doing anything special, just opening the doors and seeing who needs help.
