Dr Dilbag Clinic is right on A 8 Main Najafgarh Road in Uttam Nagar. If you’ve ever been through Uttam Nagar, you know how much traffic there is. It’s constant. The clinic is right in the thick of it. We get people coming in from the street all day long. Some are just looking for a quick consultation, while others have been coming here for years. The clinic is a simple setup. We have a front desk that always seems to be covered in notes and a few benches for people to wait on. It’s not a very big space, so it can get a bit cramped when three or four families are waiting at the same time. The noise from the main road never really stops, but you get used to it after a while. We spend a lot of time talking to the locals who live in the apartments around here. It feels like a neighborhood spot more than a formal medical office. We don’t use a lot of fancy technology for the check-in process; it’s mostly just a pen and a register. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but nobody really minds. People come here because they know the name and it’s convenient for them. It’s just a regular clinic where we try to help folks with their health and then they head back out into the Uttam Nagar rush. By the time we close up, the street lights are already on and the traffic is still moving just as fast.
