Vardan Physiotherapy & Fitness Clinic

We are located in West Patel Nagar, specifically in Block 3/20 on the ground floor. It is pretty close to Kalinga Chowk. Having the clinic on the ground floor is really important because a lot of our patients have trouble with their legs or backs and can't really do stairs very well. The space is mostly taken up by mats, some weights, and those large exercise balls. It’s more of a gym feel than a doctor's office, but with a lot more stretching and careful movements. Kalinga Chowk is a busy intersection, so there is always a bit of background noise from the traffic. I usually start the day by putting out fresh towels and making sure the heat lamps are working. We see a lot of people who are recovering from accidents or just getting older and feeling stiff. It’s a lot of one-on-one work, helping people move their arms or legs the right way. The floor is covered in those rubber mats to keep people from slipping. It’s not a very fancy place, just a few rooms and a main area for the exercises. We have a small desk near the door for appointments. West Patel Nagar is a crowded area, so parking can be a bit of a nightmare for the patients, but they manage. Most of the people who come here live nearby and just walk over for their sessions.
