The clinic is located at House No-305 in Najafgarh. Since it’s a house, it doesn’t look like a standard medical office from the outside. You just walk in like you’re visiting a neighbor. We have set up the main rooms with treatment tables and some basic exercise gear like pulleys and bands. The curtains stay drawn most of the time to give people some privacy while they do their stretches or get their heat therapy. It’s usually pretty quiet here, which is nice for people who are dealing with a lot of pain. You might hear the TV from the other part of the house sometimes if someone is home. The floor is just regular marble, and we ask people to leave their shoes near the entrance so we can keep the mats clean. There’s a small area where you can sit if you arrive early for your appointment. We don’t have a receptionist sitting at a big desk; usually, one of us just comes out to meet you when it’s your turn. Najafgarh is a busy area with a lot of noise, but once you get inside our gate, things slow down a bit. The equipment isn’t the newest stuff you'll find, but it’s sturdy and does what it’s supposed to do. Most of our patients live within walking distance or a short rickshaw ride away. We have been in this house for years, and people just know to come here.
