Physio Fit Clinic

You can find us at Shop No G-122 on Main Raja Puri Road. We are quite close to the Hanuman Mandir, which is a busy spot in Uttam Nagar. There is always a lot of movement outside with people going to the temple or the shops. The clinic itself is a small shop space. We’ve managed to fit in three treatment tables and a small desk for the billing. It gets a bit cramped when there are more than two patients at once, but we make it work. The noise from the road comes in a bit, but you get used to it after a few days. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big staff. It is just us doing the work. People come in with all kinds of pain, often from long commutes or heavy lifting. We have a few machines for heat therapy and some hand weights. The floor is just lino and the walls have a few scuffs here and there from moving the equipment around. We keep a big calendar on the wall to track the sessions. It is a very local kind of place. Most of the people who walk through the door are our neighbors. We drink a lot of tea between sessions and keep the door open when it isn’t too dusty outside. It is just a regular local clinic where we do our best to help people move a bit easier.
