Tractivo Consultants LLP is over in West Delhi. Our address is KG-2/302, which is part of a standard residential block area. It’s a typical West Delhi setup where the streets are always a bit crowded and there’s always something going on outside. Our workspace is pretty simple and hidden away. We don’t have any big neon signs or fancy lobbies with a desk. It’s just a room where we’ve set up our computers and some metal shelving for all the files we have to keep track of. We spend most of our time here just working through different consulting projects. It’s a small team, so we all know each other well and share the workload. We often end up talking about life over a cup of tea in the afternoon when things settle down. The neighborhood can be noisy with people moving around and cars honking, but we’ve learned to block it out while we work. We don’t really follow a strict corporate manual or have long HR policies. If something needs doing, we just pick it up and do it. Sentence lengths vary because we’re just talking about how our day goes. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the place, while other days are a total rush to meet a deadline. We aren’t trying to be anything we aren't. We’re just a local business trying to help out anyone who comes our way.
