Ibm Daksh

The Ibm Daksh office here at G-52 Pushkar Enclave in Paschim Vihar is where we spend most of our time. It’s a residential part of New Delhi, so it’s a bit different from the huge tech parks you see in Gurgaon. We are basically a call center and back-office support hub. The office is always humming with the sound of people talking on headsets and the clicking of keyboards. It can get pretty loud during the day when everyone is on a call at the same time. We work in shifts, so there is always someone coming in or leaving. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you don’t live in West Delhi, but we have a good group of people who make it worth it. We don't have fancy perks, just a small break room with a kettle for tea and a microwave that sometimes acts up. Most of us are just regular people trying to do our jobs well and hit our targets. We don’t talk about missions or visions; we just try to solve the customer’s problem so we can move on to the next one. Paschim Vihar has some good street food nearby, so we often head out for a quick snack during our breaks. It’s a fast-paced environment and it can be stressful sometimes, but we all look out for each other. It is just a normal, busy office life.
