You’ll find us at D/33 in Tagore Garden Extention. This part of West Delhi has a very residential feel, and our office blends right in. Wns is tucked away here, away from the huge commercial hubs. It’s a multi-story building that we’ve made our own. Inside, it looks like any other busy office. There are rows of desks, computer monitors everywhere, and a lot of wires tucked under the floor. We do a lot of back-office work here, which means we spend a lot of time on headsets or typing away. It’s not the kind of place that gets many walk-in visitors. We’re mostly focused on the screens in front of us. The neighborhood is nice because there are some decent food spots just a short walk away. Most of the staff takes the metro to Tagore Garden and then walks or takes a rickshaw. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and see everyone already busy at work. There’s a small pantry area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for the afternoon break. It’s a very normal, everyday sort of workplace. We have our fair share of stress when deadlines approach, but generally, it’s a calm environment. We’ve been at this address for a good while and it feels like a regular part of our lives now. We just do the work, stay focused, and go home.
