Our office is over at 54, Samajkalyan Apartments in Vikaspuri. It’s a bit of a different setup being in a residential complex, but it works for us. We handle a lot of tooling equipment and supplies from here. The space is filled with catalogs and samples. Most days are spent talking to workshops and figuring out what parts they need for their machines. Vikaspuri is a busy area, and there's always something going on outside. We keep a small crew, and everyone pretty much does a bit of everything. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. It’s not the kind of place with a front desk or a lobby. You just walk in and see us working at our desks. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we’re doing with all these metal components, but we’ve been here long enough that everyone knows us. We spend a lot of time double-checking orders to make sure the specs are right. Precision matters a lot with tools, so we can’t afford to be sloppy. There's a lot of back and forth with suppliers and making sure deliveries are on track. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We like the local feel of being in an apartment block rather than some cold industrial estate. It feels more grounded and real to be part of the community here. It's just a regular office day for us and we're used to the pace.
