We are located at 254 in Vardaman Plaza-II, J-Block, which is part of the Community Centre in Rajouri Garden. Sweka Power-Tech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is where we handle various power and technical projects. The office is often a bit chaotic with blueprints and tools lying around. It’s not a sterile environment. We are engineers, so we care more about how things work than how the office looks. We’ve been in Rajouri Garden for some time and we like being in this part of the city. There’s always something happening at the Community Centre. Our days are filled with technical drawings, calculations, and phone calls to suppliers. It’s a lot of coordination to keep things running. We don’t have a big marketing team or a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just show up and try to solve the technical problems that our clients bring to us. Some days are stressful when a project deadline is close, but we manage to get through it. We have a small group of staff who have been with us for a while now. Everyone knows their job and we don't need much supervision. It’s a practical workspace where we focus on the nuts and bolts of engineering. We are just regular people doing a technical job in a busy commercial plaza. It’s nothing fancy, but it keeps us moving. We enjoy the work and the challenges it brings.
