You can find us at C-399 on the ground floor in Vikas Puri. It is a residential-cum-commercial area, so it’s a bit quieter than the big industrial hubs, but still pretty active. We are Thermo Care Engineers. The office is basically where we manage all the paperwork and meet people who need engineering help. We focus on thermal systems and related equipment. It’s a small operation. We don't have a giant warehouse or a fleet of trucks. Most of the time, it’s just us handling the technical side of things and making sure the projects are moving along. The ground floor location makes it easy for people to drop in without having to climb stairs. We’ve been in Vikas Puri for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Inside the office, things are pretty basic. We have our computers, some files, and some tea stuff for when guests arrive. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek look. We just want to get the engineering right. It’s a lot of calculating and checking specs. Sometimes the work is slow and sometimes it’s very hectic, depending on the season and what the clients need. We just take it as it comes. It is a steady life, and we like the people we deal with around here. No fuss, just engineering.
