Cool Well Engineers is located at F-9, Shopping Centre, Mansarovar Garden,. Being in a shopping centre means there is always a lot of foot traffic and people moving around. It is a bit different from being in a big industrial park because we have retail shops and people buying groceries right nearby. Our spot at F-9, Shopping Centre, Mansarovar Garden, is easy to find if you walk through the main entrance of the shopping area. The parking is usually a nightmare, especially on the weekends, but we are used to it by now. Cool Well Engineers has been operating out of this F-9 unit for a while. The office is a bit cramped with all the equipment and paperwork we have lying around, but we manage just fine. You can hear the bustle of the shoppers outside and sometimes the music from the nearby stores. It is a lively place to work. We know the other shop owners in the Mansarovar Garden area and we often nod to each other in the mornings. There is a tea vendor right around the corner from F-9, Shopping Centre, Mansarovar Garden, who makes a decent cup for very cheap. We take our breaks there when we can. The building itself is older, with some cracks in the tiles and doors that squeak, but it serves its purpose. Cool Well Engineers is just a local business doing its thing in the middle of a busy shopping hub.
