Skin Alive Clinic

You can find us at 27 North West Avenue in Punjabi Bagh, which is a fairly easy spot to get to if you know the area. The clinic is called Skin Alive Clinic, and we've been operating out of this space for some time. Punjabi Bagh has its own rhythm, and North West Avenue gets its fair share of cars and people walking dogs in the evening. The building itself is sturdy, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you aren't used to it. Inside, it’s just a normal clinic setup. We have a few chairs for people to sit while they wait their turn. I usually bring my lunch from home and eat it in the small back room because there aren't many quiet spots around here once the day gets going. We see a lot of skin problems, from simple rashes to things that take longer to fix. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The light in the front office is a bit bright in the mornings when the sun hits the glass, but it fades by noon. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure the appointments are kept and the floors are swept. Most of our regulars live nearby, so we end up chatting about the local news or the weather while we work. It’s just a steady, local place that has become part of the neighborhood.
