Shikha Yadav

So, this is basically just me and a couple of helpers running things at Ecencias Buzz. My name is Shikha Yadav, and this is where I put in my hours every day. It's not a big corporate office or anything like that. We work out of a space that feels more like a home than a business center. There’s always a bit of a buzz going on, which I guess is where the name came from. We handle all sorts of small tasks and bigger projects that come our way. I started this because I wanted to work for myself and see what I could build. It's been a learning process. Some days are slow and we just tidy up and organize, while other days are a complete scramble to get things finished. We don't have fancy titles here. We just do whatever needs doing, whether it's answering an email or packing up a box. I like the independence of it. It’s hard work, but it feels good at the end of the week. We don't spend money on big ads. Most of our clients are people who know me or heard about what we do from a friend. It's more personal that way. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide something useful and keep the lights on. It’s a modest operation, but it’s ours. We usually just have some music playing and get through the to-do list together. It works.
