Sehyog Alpahar

My family and I run this little place at Tilak Nagar 4/49, right in the double storey section. It is not a huge shop, but we have enough room to cook and for a few people to stand around and eat. We get started early in the morning because the neighbors around here like to get their snacks before heading out for the day. The address is easy to find once you are in the 4/49 block. It can be a bit cramped when we are preparing the dough and the vegetables, but we are used to the space by now. We call it Sehyog Alpahar and it has been in this same spot for a good number of years. There is always something boiling on the stove. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty from the street outside, so we have to sweep it a few times a day to keep it decent. We don't really do much advertising or anything. People just know we are here. The double storey buildings all look a bit the same, but we are the one with the blue door. Usually, it is just two or three of us working behind the counter. We keep things simple. If we run out of something, we just tell people and that is that. It is a regular neighborhood shop where you get exactly what you see.
