We are over at Plot No 6 in Indraprastha Enclave, specifically in B Block of Najafgarh. This is where Nsic - Chocholate Creations Pvt Ltd does all its work. Najafgarh is a bit away from the main city rush, which gives us a little more breathing room, though it’s still plenty busy in its own way. Our plot is a straightforward building where we spend our hours making different chocolate items. It’s not a high-tech lab; it’s a workshop. We have cooling racks, big bowls, and wrapping stations scattered around. The team here is small, and most of us live in the surrounding parts of Najafgarh or nearby areas. We start early most days because the heat can be a problem when you’re working with chocolate, so we like to get the main work done before the afternoon sun hits the building too hard. Indraprastha Enclave is a quiet enough spot for the most part, though there’s always someone moving around B Block. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything. If you come by, you’ll mostly just see us in our aprons, probably looking a bit tired but busy. We take care of our orders one by one, making sure we don't rush the process too much. It’s a practical, hands-on kind of business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to make things that people will actually want to eat at the end of the day.
