We are based at A-5, Sector-63. It's where all the baking and prep work happens every day. Usually, the first people arrive when it’s still dark outside to get the ovens going. You can smell the bread from the street if the wind is right. We make a variety of things, mostly bread and rolls, and try to keep everything moving so nothing sits around too long. It gets pretty hot in the kitchen during the afternoon shift, but we’re used to it by now. The team here is mostly locals who have been with us for a few years. We don't really do fancy advertising or anything like that, just focus on filling the orders that come in from the shops. Sometimes the delivery trucks are a bit late because of the traffic in Sector-63, but we do what we can to stay on schedule. Working with food means you can’t really take many breaks during the rush. We just keep our heads down and get the job done. If you walk past the building, you'll see us loading up the crates. It's a simple setup, nothing too corporate. Just a bunch of people making food and trying to keep things tasting right for whoever ends up eating it. Sometimes the floors get a bit messy with flour, but that's just how a bakery is. We like it here in this part of town. It is noisy and busy but it feels like home to us.
