The community centre is always a hive of activity, with people going about their shopping and errands, so there’s always something to look at out the window when we take a break. We moved into this space because it’s a central spot for people in this part of West Delhi. The office isn't very large, but it fits our needs for now. We have a main area where most of the work happens and a small corner for files and the printer. Sometimes the printer jams and it takes two of us to get it going again, which is always a bit of a laugh. We deal with various solutions and advisory work, which means a lot of reading through documents and typing up reports. The chairs aren't the most ergonomic things in the world, but they do the job just fine. We don’t have a uniform or a strict corporate culture here. Most of us just show up in regular clothes and get to work. During lunch, we usually go down to the shops in the community centre to get something to eat or a cup of tea. It’s a simple life at the office. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy rugs or expensive lamps.
