Being in a tower means we have a bit more of a professional setting than a street-side shop, but inside it’s still very much a working garment business. There are samples hanging on the walls and boxes piled up in the corners. We do a lot of our planning and coordination from this office. It’s not just about sewing; there’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls involved in getting the clothes out to where they need to go. Jagdeep Singh's family is involved here. We try to keep things running smoothly, though there’s always something that needs fixing or a shipment that’s running late. Janakpuri is a nice area but the parking around the District Center can be a real headache. We’ve been here for a while and have a rhythm to how we do things. It’s not a perfect system but it works for our team. We drink a lot of chai and get through the day’s list of tasks. We aren't a huge multinational, just a local private limited company trying to do good work with clothing and keeping our customers satisfied with what we send out. It's a bit of a grind sometimes but we like it.
