Our clinic is tucked away in the N-Block of G.K-I, right in the Zamrudpur area. We are a bit smaller than the big hospitals you see around, which allows us to be a bit more personal with everyone who visits. Greater Kailash can be a very fast-paced neighborhood, but we try to keep things a bit more grounded here. We don’t have a huge team of people in suits. It’s just us and the medical staff. The rooms are clean and simple. We don’t use any marketing scripts when we talk to our patients. We just listen to what’s bothering them and then we see how we can help. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait because we take our time with each person. We don’t have a big sign with lights on the main road; we are tucked away a bit. Most of the people who come here live in the N-Block or nearby. We’ve been here for a while and we know the local rhythm. We aren't trying to be a giant medical chain. We are just a local clinic that focuses on doing good work. If you need us, you can just stop by and we’ll fit you in. It’s a straightforward, honest way to run a clinic in Zamrudpur.
