Rda Overseas Ventures P.Ltd is based at Wz 83/02 in Meenakshi Gardens. It’s a fairly quiet street most of the time, which is nice for getting things done. We handle a lot of overseas coordination from this little spot. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with computers and stacks of folders. Because we deal with different time zones, sometimes the lights are on here at odd hours. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that, so you have to look for the house number carefully. The interior is pretty simple with plain walls and some old wooden furniture we’ve had for years. We do a lot of our work over the phone and through email, so it’s not like there are crowds of people coming in and out. Meenakshi Gardens is a decent place to work from; it feels more like a neighborhood than a cold business district. There’s a small park nearby where some of us go for a walk when we need a break from the screens. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time now and we’ve gotten to know the people living around us. It’s a straightforward operation here. We don’t go in for anything flashy. We just focus on the logistics and the paperwork that comes with international ventures. It’s a lot of detail-oriented stuff that keeps us at our desks for most of the day.
