Rayon Engineers

Rayon Engineers is based out of Plot No. 4, Block 4, on Rohtak Road in Nangloi. We are quite close to the Railway Station Road, so we hear the trains passing by all day long. It’s a very industrial area with a lot of dust and the sound of machines everywhere. Our plot is just a simple building that we’ve used for years. It’s not much to look at from the outside, but it’s where we do all our engineering work. Rohtak Road is a main stretch, so there are always trucks and lorries moving past our gate. Nangloi can be a bit rough around the edges, but it’s a good place for a business like ours. Inside the shop, things are a bit cluttered with equipment and raw materials. We don't have a cleaning crew, so we just sweep up ourselves when things get too messy. The office part is just a small corner with an old desk and a couple of chairs that have seen a lot of use. We don’t really do fancy meetings here. Most of our days are spent on the floor dealing with whatever project is currently on the bench. It gets loud and sometimes it’s hard to hear each other talk, but we’re used to it. We have been at Plot No. 4 for a long time and we know most of the other shop owners in Block 4. It’s a practical, hardworking environment and we just get on with it. We like the spot.
