Rapid Communication

Rapid Communication is located at Shop No 11 in Vikaspuri, specifically the A-124 block. It is a small shop, like many others in this part of Delhi. We have a glass counter that holds most of what we sell and a few stools for customers to sit on while they wait. The space is a bit tight, especially when people bring in their families. We spend most of our time fixing screens or helping people figure out why their phones aren't charging. It is a lot of fiddling with tiny screws and cleaning out charging ports. The street outside is usually full of people going to the market, so there is a lot of noise coming through the door. We keep the door open most of the time to let in some air, even if it means a bit of dust gets in too. We aren't a big chain, just a local shop where we know many of the customers by name because they live in the same block. Sometimes we stay open a bit late if someone really needs their device back for work the next morning. We have a small shelf in the back for tools and a pile of old parts that we use for spares. It is a straightforward business and we try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated. The A-124 area is a good spot for us because it’s easy for the locals to walk to.
